I have worked within the NHS for around 8 years as part of both community and Health and Justice services, and have always been passionate about playing my part in helping people, supporting both my colleagues and the patients our services care for.
As part of my role within the Health and Justice Learning Hub, I support liaison with various stakeholders and help to facilitate discussions around improving processes for learning. Communication is key and I believe it’s really important to build connections with colleagues. I have really enjoyed forging new relationships and building rapport to support the improvement of systems and learning across London and look forward to working together in future projects for The Hub.
