Dan Hayes.jpgDan has worked within the Justice and Health and Social Care sector for over 28 years. By following his passions and interests Dan has developed a diverse career portfolio, which has enabled him to develop a unique set of transferrable skills.

Dan is both practical and dependable. He is an independent and objective thinker with a strong sense of personal values and responsibility.

In his formative years as a senior manager within HMPS and the National Offender Management Service he gained experience and knowledge of the Criminal Justice Sector across London and the South East. He has a strong track record in strategy and business development and within CNWL H&J Services and has successfully led on defence, new business and expansion bids.

Dan is a keen supporter of the London Health and Justice Learning Hub and a member of the HJLH Steering Group. He is keen to see that learning from deaths in custody is shared openly and transparently across the London prisons and that the expertise within the Steering Group can be best used to implement and embed system wide learning across organisational boundaries.
