We are drawing together and developing resources, training packages and learning events to help to disseminate vital knowledge to all those working in London prisons, Immigration and Removal Centre and the wider Criminal Justice System.
We often talk about what we have learnt from serious incidents but to make real change any learning has to be held onto, shared and used to make a real difference to the experience of those in prison.
