Working across healthcare and the Criminal Justice System to improve, share and embed learning.
Who we are
Commissioned by the London region Health and Justice Team at NHS England as a three year pilot programme, the London Health and Justice Learning hub aims to bring together healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the Criminal Justice System to improve learning and safety of our services. We are keen to support a culture of curiosity, reflection and learning both around areas of excellent practice and around incidents.
Learning and development
We are drawing together and developing resources, training packages and learning events to help to disseminate vital knowledge to all those working in London prisons, Immigration and Removal Centre and the wider Criminal Justice System.
The voice of lived experience
Our core team is comprised of those with expertise by training and expertise by experience. We are keen to ensure the perspective of staff who work in these complex systems and people detained within them is kept central to our work.
